We’re looking for a motivated (Senior) E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) to support the optimisation and day-to-day management of our Shopify stores across European markets. You’ll work closely with the team to improve user experience, execute campaigns, and contribute to conversion rate and other KPI optimisation.
- Conduct and support the daily operations and performance of our Shopify stores.
- Assist with UX improvements, including analytics tracking and A/B test execution.
- Monitor key metrics (traffic, CVR, AOV) and contribute to data-driven optimizations.
- Help analyse the impact of campaign and catalogue changes on performance and user behaviour.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation to ensure insights are accessible.
- Maintain product listings, collections, and pricing.
- Support the implementation of promotions and product launches.
- Assist in integrating and managing tools, apps, and plugins with guidance from the development team.
- Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Marketing, IT, Development, and Customer Service teams.
- Support SEO efforts to ensure content is optimized and consistent.
- Stay up to date with E-Commerce and D2C trends, tools, and best practices.
- 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, DTC, or digital environments.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus).
- Good understanding of UX principles and an interest in improving user journeys.
- Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Fluent in English; German, Spanish, French, or Dutch are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics.
- Curious problem-solver with a hands-on attitude and willingness to grow.
