With Gratitude, we’re looking for a Guest Service & Kitchen Associate with hustle, personality, and strong people skills. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, combining guest interaction with food preparation to create a welcoming experience where guests are gladly served every visit.
Key Responsibilities(Including, but not limited to)
Greet guests warmly and serve them with gratitude, whether in person or over the phone
Take accurate orders, answer phones, and provide outstanding customer service
Operate the cash register and collect payments accurately and responsibly
Prepare consistent, high-quality food following Marco’s Pizza standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support daily store operations including cleaning, restocking, and folding boxes
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Marco’s Pizza Grooming Standards
A fun, friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers and making guests feel welcome
A team player who shows up on time, supports others, and brings a positive attitude
Someone polite, reliable, and proud of their work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm, focused, and respectful
