Job Description
1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Responsible for collaborating with the PM to formulate product project pilot run and mass production plans, ensuring that all objectives and milestones are clearly defined.
- Execute and follow up on new product introductions to ensure compliance with company processes, enabling smooth mass production of new products.
- Implement customer and BU ECN changes, as well as manage projects that have not been produced for a long time, ensuring timely and accurate implementation to meet customer or BU requirements.
2. Project Resource Coordination and Management:
- Assist in proactively applying for and coordinating the resources required for the project, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Assist in managing the scrapping and stagnant inventory amounts of pilot run finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials, effectively reducing losses from scrapped or stagnant materials.
3. Quality Control:
- Assist in handling major quality anomalies during the production process to ensure products meet company standards and production proceeds smoothly.
- Perform daily "Three Actuals" (actual site/actual item/actual time) and participate in daily production meetings to monitor and update the progress of customer visits/audits/major projects.
- Regularly track project progress and conduct risk management, resolving potential issues.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with BU, production, engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure product manufacturing meets company quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and shipping targets.
- Lead NPI project meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
- Organize meeting minutes to ensure project members have consensus on discussion content and project progress, and to track progress.
5. Main Point of Contact for Customer/BU Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer/BU communication, responsible for integrating information and countermeasures from relevant internal factory units.
- Handle customer information interfacing (such as MAC/SN/IMEI/network access permit applications, or other special customer requirements).
- Understand the entire production process and workflow of the factory, and be responsible for introducing and explaining the factory during customer line tours.
6. Technical Knowledge Learning:
- Acquire relevant technical knowledge or solutions during project execution.
