Solaris Healthcare Charlotte Harbor is now hiring for a Dietary Aide. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide outstanding care to our residents each and every day. Must be able to work mostly weekends, Fri/Sat/Sun. Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Charlotte Florida.

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

  • Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
  • Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
  • Medication administration
  • Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
  • Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
  • Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
  • CPR Certification required
  • Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
