The Assistant Baseball Coach supports the Head Baseball Coach in all aspects of the school's baseball program. Responsibilities include assisting with practice planning, skill development, game preparation, supervision of student-athletes, and promoting good sportsmanship and teamwork. The assistant coach helps create a positive and competitive environment that supports student growth both on and off the field. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, knowledge of the game of baseball, and the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and the community. Prior coaching or playing experience is preferred.
