Are you experienced in coordinating complex Subsea Service projects and keeping execution on track? Join us as a Workshop Coordinator and play a key role in planning, inventory control, and workshop execution.
Job Description
- Coordinate complex service projects and execution plans
- Manage material flow, inventory levels, and ERP data accuracy
- Maintain Service orders and support Project execution
- Analyze supply & demand, long-lead parts, and excess inventory
- Coordinate engineering changes and support production prioritization
- Drive process improvements and act as a technical reference when needed
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong ERP, planning, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
