Job Purpose

Are you experienced in coordinating complex Subsea Service projects and keeping execution on track? Join us as a Workshop Coordinator and play a key role in planning, inventory control, and workshop execution.

Job Description

  • Coordinate complex service projects and execution plans
  • Manage material flow, inventory levels, and ERP data accuracy
  • Maintain Service orders and support Project execution
  • Analyze supply & demand, long-lead parts, and excess inventory
  • Coordinate engineering changes and support production prioritization
  • Drive process improvements and act as a technical reference when needed

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong ERP, planning, and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
