Job Description

Description

  • Perform detailed inspections on new and used equipment prior to delivery.
  • Complete manufacturer PDI checklists accurately and thoroughly.
  • Test all systems to ensure proper operation and functionality.
  • Install required accessories, attachments, and add-ons.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and correct any issues before delivery.
  • Safely transport and deliver equipment to customer locations.
  • Provide hands-on operational training and walk-around demonstrations to customers.
  • Obtain delivery sign-off and ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with agricultural, construction, or power equipment preferred
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to complete digital forms, checklists, and documentation accurately
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain equipment operation and procedures to customers
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude during all interactions
  • Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL may be preferred depending on equipment)
  • Ability to lift, load, and secure equipment as needed (including working outdoors in various weather conditions)
