This position is open to current Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) staff only.
A permanent On-Call Watch Manager vacancy has become available at Brandon Station.
This role is conditioned to the On-Call duty system and will be filled based on eligibility and performance.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service are looking to fill this vacancy with a motivated and committed individual who can demonstrate strong organisational values in line with SCC and SFRS.

- Question 1: Provide an example of a time when you have assisted with a project within SFRS and what you achieved. How did you help obtain acceptance/agreement to support the desired project outcomes?
- Question 2: Tell me about a time when you had to tell an employee that his/her performance was not acceptable. How did you handle it?
- Question 3: Describe how you have communicated the vision/ goals of the organisation to your team.
- Question 4: Please describe how you have provided valuable management support to ensure consistent day to day management of a fire station and/or watch in line with guidance, policy, and service plans.
