Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Field Service organization. In this role, you will coordinate and manage multiple service activities simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution from order intake through completion and invoicing.

You will act as the central point of contact between customers, service engineers, and internal stakeholders. The role requires a proactive, structured, and energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and is motivated to deliver high customer satisfaction while identifying commercial opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full scope of assigned service projects, coordinating multiple service jobs simultaneously in a cost-efficient manner
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by acting on feedback and analyzing service reports
  • Coordinate service orders from order acceptance through execution to invoice payment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners during service execution
  • Monitor and report the status of work orders to customers and internal teams
  • Ensure availability of service engineers, spare parts, tools, and travel arrangements (e.g. visas, hotels, logistics)
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of job documentation and support invoicing processes
  • Close service orders upon technical completion
  • Analyze service reports to identify upgrade opportunities and proactively engage customers
  • Support sales by identifying customer needs and recommending improvements or upgrades
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and service coordination practices

Key Requirements
  • Experience in a service coordination, field service, or customer service environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured and efficient manner
  • Proactive, self-driven, and energetic personality with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer focus with a commercial mindset and ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Norwegian is an advantage)
  • Technical or maritime background is an advantage, particularly within electrical or automation systems
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / F&O)
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Eligible to work in Norway; willingness to undergo background or security checks (e.g. NATO clearance) if required
