  • Provide operational guidance and support to brand logistics leads, ensuring cross-brand alignment and equitable service delivery.
  • Support the integration of additional brands into the 3PL site, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

3PL Relationship & Budget Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL leadership; build strong, collaborative relationships to deliver on service, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Hold 3PL accountable for SLA performance, compliance with SOPs, and corrective action on service or cost issues.
  • Own the budgeting process with the 3PL, ensuring adherence to productivity and cost targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews of KPIs and vendor scorecards; ensure billing accuracy and costs are aligned with contractual agreements.

Forecasting, Planning & Project Management

  • Provide forecasted volumes and demand signals to 3PL partners; manage tradeoffs across service, cost, and capacity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, finance) to support launches, promotions, and special programs.
  • Project manage the rollout of new fulfillment capabilities, including defining requirements, user testing, and implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage cross-brand initiatives that improve fulfillment efficiency and scalability.

Process Optimization & Knowledge Sharing

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, forecast potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Create a framework for knowledge sharing across brands and partners to prevent silos and ensure successful strategies and best practices are applied consistently.
  • Regularly review and update SOPs with 3PL to reflect evolving best practices and operational requirements.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on 3PL performance, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory integrity.
  • Establish reporting for orders received vs. forecast and aged order backlog, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Publish vendor performance scorecards and partner with 3PL on corrective actions where required.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse management, including direct experience with 3PL operations.
  • Proven track record of leading high-volume DTC and B2B fulfillment across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and freight cost drivers, with experience managing budgets, invoicing, and cost-per-unit performance.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management with excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities. Able to act as a trusted advisor to brand stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to deliver new capabilities and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational systems (WMS, TMS, ERP).
  • Ability to work independently while balancing cross-functional and cross-brand needs.
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or premium consumer brands is preferred, with an understanding of high-touch fulfillment, Kitting/VAS and channel specific requirements.
  • Flexibility to be onsite at the West Coast Hub 2 days per week; additional travel as required.
