Porter Position Description: This position is responsible for maintaining all glassware and silverware clean and polished.

 

Porter Responsibilities

  • Polish and organize glassware and silverware.
  • Restock the dining room with appropriate items needed for service.
  • Maintain a level of professionalism and community
  • Work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hours
  • Maintain the organization, rotation, and cleanliness of front stock areas.
  • Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates.
  • Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.
  • Any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications


Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant required
  • A professional. Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
  • Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
  • Must be detail-oriented.
