Join our People Hub team as a subject matter expert across the employee lifecycle, delivering a high-quality, responsive service to employees and managers. You’ll provide first-line advisory support on key topics such as sickness absence, probation, and flexible working—using your judgement and policy knowledge to guide effective decisions. You’ll play a key role in managing our case management system, ensuring work is triaged and allocated efficiently, while taking responsibility for managing complex, confidential and senior queries, supporting senior hires and NED processes. You will also support the Employee Relations (ER) team with case preparation and documentation, contributing to a seamless and professional employee experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced People team where your expertise will directly shape the employee experience.
