Description

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, this position will join our Software Development team to build solutions within the Claims Adjusting division. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications and AI-driven applications using Palantir Foundry to enhance claims processing, inventory specialist, customer experience and other applications as dictated by the business.

Requirements

•    Design and implement data pipelines and operational workflows to support AI/ML initiatives.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate claims processing use cases into scalable software applications.
•    Integrate external and internal data sources to enrich AI models for claim adjusting lifecycle.
•    Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in accordance to best practices of the Enterprise.
•    Experience in .NET, C#, and MS SQL.
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
•    Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

Preferred Education and Experience
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry in a production environment.
•    Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling.
•    Experience with AI/ML workflows, including model deployment and monitoring.
•    Familiarity with the Claims Processing industry data .
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•    Knowledge of Foundry Ontology modeling and Code Workbook development.
•    Develop and maintain Foundry Objects (Code Repositories, Ontologies, Data Lineage, etc.) to support AI model training and deployment.
•    Build Foundry Actions and Operational Applications to enable real-time decision-making and automation.
•    Monitor and optimize the performance of AI pipelines and Foundry applications in production.
