Job Description

Must be available to work in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays 

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a leader and mentor within the demand planning team, provide support and guidance to fellow demand planners and leaders 
  • Prepare KPI analysis and internal team feedback for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Key lead for promotional activity: consolidating data to disseminate to planning team, recaps to leadership where support is needed, data preparation for external calls (CPFRs), representing Martin Brower Demand Planning team on external calls (CPFRs) assisting planners in go-forward strategy, and accountability partners to cross-functional teams 
  • Provide first-tier escalation in urgent supply challenge situations 
  • Maintain a small category desk 
  • Lead presentations to the leadership team on various topics including team performance, process improvements, and cross-functional learnings 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for DCSP related demand planning processes, including system enhancement, system best practices, forecast model recommendations, etc. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience
