Job Description

As a Chief of Staff Intern, you will: 

  • Support the Chief of Staff by assisting with research, data compilation, and preparation of executive-level materials.  
  • Help track projects, maintain action items, and support meeting preparation and follow-ups.  
  • Assist with project backlog and other assignments as needed. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate with teams members. 
  • Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August) 
  • Must be able to work onsite in the corporate office in Wall, NJ  
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for student visas.
