- Ability to work successfully with students and adults of various economic, racial, and cultural backgrounds
- Knowledge of social education procedures
- Experience in providing educational programming through distance learning
- Work with student individually and in groups
- Assist with collaboration among teachers, students, families and community to meet education needs
- Provide case management services
