Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and tools used in the fabrication of plastic components.
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation; immediately report malfunctions or irregularities to your supervisor.
Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications and work orders.
Package and label finished products with correct identification and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and material usage.
Inspect materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards, including measurements, color, and surface condition.
Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to lockout/tagout requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company housekeeping standards.
Support team production goals and communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and support departments.
Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.
Requires wearing personal protective equipment (hearing, eye, and hand protection).
Frequent standing, bending, walking, and material handling.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or plastics extrusion preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed to meet production goals.
