Are you looking for a part-time, front desk/admin assistant job in the evenings and every other weekend? We have an opening for someone like you!

Luther Park is a non-profit senior living community known for their dementia and Alzheimer care where each person is empowered to thrive, treated with dignity, cared for with excellence and embraced with Christian compassion. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to welcome guests/family members to our facility to visit their loved ones and assist with administrative duties as needed on Monday and Tuesday evening from 4pm-8pm and every other weekend (Sat & Sun) 8am-8pm.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support to the Trinity Center. Serves as the first point of contact for residents, families and employees. Independent judgment is require to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload and recommend changes in office practices or procedures. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Performs customer service functions by
answering questions from residents, family members or employees and directing
to the appropriate person

Responsible for answering phones and
directing calls to the appropriate person

Enter new resident information into medical
record program and update as needed

·        
Responsible for printing and distributing the
weekly care conference schedule

·        
Responsible for mailing weekly care
conference invitations to families

·        
Responsible for mailing monthly spouse lunch
and family support group invitations

·        
Develops, accesses and prints forms and
reports as requested

·        
Assist all departments of Trinity Center with
administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, policy
revisions, sending communication documents to residents and resident families

·        
Sell meal tickets and maintain log of tickets
sold

·        
Order office supplies as needed

·        
Assists with tours as needed

·        
Attends in-service meetings and completes education
as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or GED
required

· Minimum of one year of
secretarial experience

· High level of proficiency
with computer programs including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Strong attention to
detail

· Excellent written and
verbal communication skills

· Highly organized


Background check, physical, drug screen and TB test required
