Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to lead and elevate the quality of our home-based programming. This leadership role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about advancing high-quality ABA services, mentoring teams, and driving meaningful outcomes for clients and families.
Working closely with executive leadership, the Associate Director will play a key role in shaping clinical excellence across the department ensuring services are effective, compliant, and grounded in best practice. This position offers the opportunity to influence program development, support staff growth, and lead quality improvement initiatives that directly impact service delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion quality assurance and clinical excellence across all services
- Provide strong BCBA leadership, including mentorship, supervision, and team development
- Oversee clinical programming, including case reviews, treatment planning, and outcome monitoring
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, funding requirements, and ethical guidelines
- Drive continuous quality improvement through data-informed decision-making
