Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Independently originate and develop new business through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales strategies
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to end users by diagnosing capital needs and delivering customized equipment finance solutions
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through credit structuring, funding, and close
- Build and manage a robust, self-sourced pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity management
- Conduct periodic travel to strengthen client relationships and expand market presence
- Develop and maintain long-term customer partnerships that drive repeat business and referral volume
- Maintain deep knowledge of Dext Capital’s products and effectively articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production targets
- Adhere to Dext Capital’s exceptional customer service standards
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Equipment finance or related sales experience within the Direct/Client Solutions channel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
