Royal Electric Company is hiring for Certified Journeyman Electrician for our Multifamily Residential and Commercial projects in Dallas, TX.

Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:

The Journeyman Electrician will provide leadership, efficient installation of electrical work, training, and quality control. The Journeyman may also be responsible for the development of apprentices assigned to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Take lead to delegate tasks & train craftworkers, ensuring effective communication regarding work plans and smooth operations. 
  • Demonstrate initiative, supporting team success and safety.  
  • Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.  
  • Utilize hand and power tools to measure, cut, bend, thread, and install wire and cable systems, conduits, and raceways. 
  • Feed, pull, and terminate wires within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, and switches. 
  • Troubleshoot issues and prepare sketches and schematic diagrams. Take ownership and anticipate needs. 
  • Maintain high workmanship standards, ensuring quality and efficiency; effort and initiative directly reflect in project and personal success.
