PiNZ is looking for a proactive and dependable Part-time Manager to support our daily operations, lead by example, and help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests and staff alike. This is a part-time position. Compensation is flexible based on experience.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Minimum age: 21+
- Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team-first mentality and hands-on leadership style
- TIPS or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Support the FOH/BOH management team in day-to-day operations
- Supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth service
- Jump in where needed — from guest service to food running to floor support
- Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and positivity
- Help train and onboard new team members
- Address guest concerns in the moment with empathy and problem-solving
- Monitor safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Ensure our fun, high-energy environment is maintained throughout every shift
