Nurse Shift Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Weekend

Location: Complete Care at Boulevard – Chicago, IL

Weekend - 8A-8P

Core Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the nursing team to ensure clinical excellence during the Weekend:

• Clinical Oversight: Coordinate patient assessments, treatment plans, and physician communication.

• Team Leadership: Supervise staff performance, ensuring compliance with state/federal guidelines and proper medication administration.

• Quality Control: Conduct nursing rounds to track patient progress and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.

• Education: Act as a resource for staff and families to promote best practices in wellness and recovery.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the DON and Administrator to maintain seamless facility operations.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. Experience in palliative or inpatient care is a plus.

• Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and proficiency with clinical software.
