• Degree in
  Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  
• Minimum 5
  years of hands-on experience with tooling and high-precision thermoplastic
  injection molds
  
• In-depth
  knowledge of mold assembly, maintenance, and advanced technologies (e.g.,
  multi-component tooling)
  
• Proven
  experience working with external tool suppliers
  
• Strong
  communication, training, and problem-solving skills
  
• Language
  skills: Proficient in Arabic or French, with good English
  knowledge
  
  
  

Responsibilities

•  Train,
  mentor, and support tool maintenance teams across global subsidiaries
• Analyze
  and resolve complex tooling/injection molding issues with effective
  long-term solutions
• Oversee
  tooling repairs, changes, and spare parts procurement in collaboration
  with internal teams and suppliers
• Evaluate
  the feasibility of plastic parts from a tooling perspective, drive tool
  improvements and ensure implementation
• Assess
  mold condition, define overhaul needs, provide cost estimates, and
  recommend replacements if necessary
• Act as a
  central point of communication between all internal and external
  stakeholders
