LSH Auto is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Aftersales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding aftersales support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
You will handle service appointments, respond to customer inquiries, and work closely with our technical teams to coordinate efficient and timely service delivery. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in fostering long-term client relationships and supporting the dealership’s growth.
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £30,387 plus OTE bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule vehicle service appointments efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries related to aftersales services.
- Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer communication.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding their vehicle service status.
- Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in meeting departmental performance targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
