Job Description

What We’re Looking For



  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support

  • Strong problem-solving skills with both analytical and intuitive approaches

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and process compliance

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service improvement

  • Ability to remain composed and professional in dynamic environments


 


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Perform routine checks, ensure compliance with IT standards, and take corrective actions when needed

  • Provide efficient end-user support by managing incidents, requests, and ticket backlog with a customer-focused approach

  • Manage IT asset lifecycle and ensure compliance of equipment across assigned sites

  • Collaborate with global IT teams, support projects, and participate in key processes

  • Monitor and respond to security and infrastructure events (e.g., security incidents, power maintenance) following established procedures

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement of support services

  • Support adoption of IT tools and provide backup within the team when required
