What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support
- Strong problem-solving skills with both analytical and intuitive approaches
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and process compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine checks, ensure compliance with IT standards, and take corrective actions when needed
- Provide efficient end-user support by managing incidents, requests, and ticket backlog with a customer-focused approach
- Manage IT asset lifecycle and ensure compliance of equipment across assigned sites
- Collaborate with global IT teams, support projects, and participate in key processes
- Monitor and respond to security and infrastructure events (e.g., security incidents, power maintenance) following established procedures
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement of support services
- Support adoption of IT tools and provide backup within the team when required
