Academic Support Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and
technical support to the PA Program. This role is pivotal in maintaining the
integrity of program data, supporting the continuous self-assessment process
required for accreditation, and ensuring the seamless delivery of the
curriculum through expert management of educational technology platforms.

Management & Accreditation Support:
and organize program academic data (both didactic and clinical phases of the
curriculum) using software programs.

the Program Director in the analysis and reporting of data for ARC-PA
accreditation and curriculum evaluation.
program faculty examinations through delivery and proctoring.
the collection and aggregation of departmental survey data to ensure
high-integrity datasets for faculty analysis and formal reporting.
secure student files and pre-matriculation databases in compliance with program
and institutional privacy policies.
Admissions
& Student Services:
pre-matriculation database for student prerequisite completion.
in student admissions/interview activities and data gathering related to
results.
in student recruitment and retention activities including coordination of
pre-matriculation communication and orientation activities for new PA students
in conjunction with faculty and staff.
& Curricular Operations:
with students, staff, and faculty regularly using the Canvas system for
academic updates and needs.
faculty in course preparation related to set-up & delivery.
program library and resources including supply inventory.
clerical support to faculty including classroom and research endeavors.
departmental activities for student assessment including set-up of and
participation in standardized patient assessments.
Administrative
Operations:
budget reconciliation and management for program.
clerical support for faculty research and committees.
departmental social media presence.
required training at conferences as requested.
errands on & off campus including mail collection.
