Job Description
  • Act as point of contact for clients/tenants
  • Handle complaints, escalations, and service requests
  • Ensure high client satisfaction levels
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain asset registers, maintenance logs, and service records

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works:
  • Civil works, partitions, flooring, painting, false ceiling, joinery
  • Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and quality standards
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
  • Managing project execution + post-handover maintenance
  • Ensuring smooth transition from construction to facility operations
  • Coordinating between project team and FM team
  • Handling defects liability period (DLP) and maintenance issues
  • Plan and execute fit-out projects from start to finish
  • Scheduling, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Cost estimation, budget tracking, and controlling project expenses
  • Plan and manage daily facility operations and maintenance projects
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and AMC contracts
