Job Description

Summary

The Corporate Internal Controls Clerk will provide administrative and process support to ensure the Corporate Internal Controls (ICFR) Specialist adheres to established timelines in a fast paced environment.

 

  • Supports Allen Harim's Vision, Mission and Values.
  • Assist the ICFR specialist to ensure controls are properly embedded in business processes
  • Monitor submission processes to ensure all required documents are correctly submitted and maintained in accordance with guidelines.
  • Facilitate timely completion of all submissions, including but not limited to requests from Korea, by ensuring strict adherence to due dates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to communicate ICFR requirements and control items.
  • Assist with the entry and maintenance of accounting and financial data as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • No Experience required (Administrative support or accounting experience a plus)

Knowledge/Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in computer applications and software with an expert focus on Microsft Excel and Adobe PDF/Nitro PDF.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately review and verify documents and data.
