Job Description
Assistant Teacher for One-Year-Old Classroom

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher Assistant to join our team in a one-year-old classroom! If you have a passion for early childhood development and enjoy working with toddlers, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities
·       Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
·       Support feeding, diapering, and nap routines
·       Encourage early learning through play, music, and interaction
·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Qualifications:

·       Experience working with young children preferred
·       Patience, kindness, and a positive attitude
·       Ability to work as part of a team
·       Reliable and punctual
·       The position schedule is 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm.
·       Prefer having DCF hours classes done or willing to start

School Age after care position:

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them grow, learn, and thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic School-Age Teacher to join our team!

As a School-Age Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children before and after school, as well as during school breaks. You’ll support academic growth, lead fun activities, and build meaningful relationships with students.


Responsibilities:

·       Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
·       Provide homework assistance and academic support
·       Ensure a safe and positive environment for all students
·       Foster social, emotional, and behavioral development
·       Communicate effectively with parents and staff

Qualifications:

·       Experience working with school-age children (preferred)
·       Strong communication and organizational skills
·       Positive attitude and a passion for education
·       Ability to pass background screening 
·       The position is 2:30 to 6:30. 
·       Prefer having DCF hours classes done or willing to start
