Auburn Ridge is a manufacturing company specializing in building components, and we’re looking for a TruCut Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production, supporting design and order accuracy, and leading a team to meet output and quality goals.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily TruCut production and workflow
Stay hands-on with production, design review, and order support
Ensure jobs are accurate, on time, and meet quality standards
Review drawings, bill of materials, and orders for accuracy
Track production, labor, and materials
Identify issues and implement process improvements
Train, support, and supervise team members
Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling and delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing or production required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers for tracking and planning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of construction or building materials is a plus
