Job Description:
- Develop and maintain customers in the food and pharmaceutical industries across East China, achieving individual sales targets.
- Proactively develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships to establish long-term, stable partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, needs analysis, solution demonstration, and commercial negotiation to contract signing and payment collection, ensuring sales funnel health and conversion rates.
- Collect and analyze regional market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and evolving customer needs. Adjust sales strategies accordingly and provide feedback to the company on product improvements or marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams such as technical applications, after-sales service, and marketing to drive product demonstrations, technical exchanges, industry seminars, and other marketing activities to enhance the company's brand presence.
- Submit timely sales forecasts, weekly/monthly reports, and project progress updates, ensuring the accuracy and visibility of sales data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, Bioengineering, Analytical Instrumentation, or related fields
- Familiarity with the physicochemical analytical instrument market; experience selling ICP-MS, chromatography, spectroscopy, or similar products is a plus.
- 5+ years of analytical instrument sales experience, including at least 1 year in food or pharmaceutical industry sales.
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
- Strong communication, negotiation, resilience, and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
