About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Performance & CRM Specialist to support the digital conversion and customer journey layer across our national retail and OEM business.
Sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales and automation, this role is responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns convert effectively once traffic is generated. You will play a critical role in optimising lead flow, improving conversion performance and strengthening visibility across the customer journey.
If you enjoy building landing pages, managing CRM workflows and improving campaign performance in a fast‑moving retail environment, this role offers meaningful impact and national exposure.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimise campaign landing pages to support national promotions.
- Manage CRM workflows and automated lead nurture programs.
- Execute EDM campaigns aligned to national retail and OEM initiatives.
- Support tracking integrity and performance visibility across campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with agency partners managing paid media activity.
- Work with internal stakeholders across marketing and sales to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in CRM, marketing automation or digital marketing.
- Hands‑on experience building and optimising landing pages.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and campaign tracking frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in conversion optimisation.
- Comfortable working in a retail‑driven, performance‑focused environment
