  • You actively manage cross‑project technical dependencies and contribute to project governance through regular coordination forums.

  • You are the formal manager of developers (employees and consultants), responsible for performance management, goal setting, coaching, training plans, and career development.

  • You also oversee budget management and ensure optimal use of delivery capacity.

  • With a strong background as a technical project manager or tech lead, you bring structure, leadership, and accountability, aligning teams, technology, and business priorities to deliver reliably and at scale.
