Job Description
Responsible for the installation, execution and supervision of the day-to-day activities of Quality Management Systems, as well as the investigation of quality issues and the implementation of solutions to ensure that production lines are properly supported and problems are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively analyze product quality issues
  • To make corrective-preventive action plans and improvements in products and processes
  • To carry out overseas supplier visits and audits
  • Create and develop process documentation such as process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, process control plans, work instructions, visual aids and Quality alerts
  • To be in contact with customers and/or international suppliers when necessary to address quality issues and/or customer complaints 
  • Participate in product design reviews and identify issues and solutions related to measurability, performance, reliability, and feasibility
  • Prepare, review and implement material/manufacturing process deviations as needed to support continuous production
  • Pioneering new supplier development efforts
  • Perform internal audits of operations, products and process control plans in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001
  • To be in contact with certification bodies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Graduated from Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering departments of universities
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge of different manufacturing methods ( sheet metal styling, machining, plastic injection )
  • Experienced in at least one of the ATEX, UL, ISO 9001 certifications
  • Experienced in processes such as documentation system installation, control instructions, operating instructions, etc.
  • Previously involved in start-up quality system installation processes (preferably)
  • Have a working knowledge of mechanical/electrical methodology and measurement systems (metrology)
  • Have high organizational ability
  • Strong communication ability and persuasion skills
