HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Be the main contact for retailers and dealers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Answer questions about products, availability, pricing, and order status
Support technical and service related topics and resolve complex or escalated cases
Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery and after sales support
Monitor stock, backorders and deliveries and communicate updates
Collaborate closely with other departments, e.g. Sales, Logistics, Finance, Market Developers, and Rider Care
Work with systems like Oracle, Salesforce, B2B/B2C portals, Teams, and Confluence
