Job Description

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic team in Durham, NC. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values a structured clinic environment, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on client outcomes.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to focus on high-quality care while supporting and developing a team of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday

  • Clinic-based position

  • No evenings or weekends

Compensation:

  • $80,000 – $95,000 base salary

  • Bonus opportunity based on performance

(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a clinical caseload

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BTs

  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

  • Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation



Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Eligible for North Carolina licensure

  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

  • Experience supervising RBTs/BTs preferred
