$61K–$100K | Commission + CSI Bonus | Busy Service Drive


Larson Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring a Service Advisor for a busy service department with steady customer traffic and strong earning potential.


This is a performance-based role where your ability to manage customers, sell services, and stay organized directly impacts your income.

  

What You Can Expect

  • Earnings: $61,000 – $100,000 annually (based on current performance) 
  • Commission Pay Plan: 
    • 4.75% of RO parts & labor (CSI below zone) 
    • 5.25% (CSI above zone) 
    • 5.5% (Top 10% CSI) 
  • Consistent Traffic: Established customer base and steady service volume 
  • Supportive Team: Experienced technicians and service leadership 
  • Growth Opportunities: Path to senior advisor or service management 

  What the Job Looks Like

  • Greet customers and write repair orders 
  • Recommend maintenance and needed repairs 
  • Communicate with technicians and keep jobs moving 
  • Provide updates and manage customer expectations 
  • Follow up and ensure a strong customer experience 
  • Manage multiple customers and RO’s throughout the day 

  What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar role preferred 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Provide above average Customer Service. 
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. 
  • Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations. 
  • Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude. 
  • Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Ability to take direction well. 
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Highly organized
