Job Description

International Sales Representative – South Korea

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers and vendor partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Research electronic components and market trends to uncover opportunities.
  • Reach out and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach via calls, emails, industry events, and other channels to build lasting rapport.
  • Make outbound calls to expand and enrich the client base.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans for markets such as AI servers, data centers, computing, industrial, and consumer sectors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to foster satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to boost company profitability and earn uncapped commission.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to contribute to team success.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably from background in semiconductor distributors or agencies.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal Korean and English.
  • Knowledge in Vietnamese, Thai or Chinese is a plus.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to tackle ambitious goals and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Comfort with warm and cold calling, with proactive customer acquisition skills.
  • Growth mindset, with enthusiasm for continuous learning and career advancement.
