Leasing Office Associate – Residential Community
Property: Diplomat Apartments
Location: Near Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) / Las Vegas Strip
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Office Associate to join our on-site team. This role is responsible for leasing vacant units, managing prospect and resident communications, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing pipeline from inquiry to move-in (calls, emails, guest cards, follow-ups)
- Conduct property tours and present available units effectively
- Process applications, run screenings, and prepare lease documentation
- Maintain accurate records in property management software (leases, notices, files)
- Coordinate with maintenance and management on unit readiness and resident issues
- Assist with rent collection communications and basic A/R follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- Support marketing efforts, including online listings and outreach
Qualifications
- Prior leasing or property management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational ability
- Proficient with basic computer systems (email, Excel; property management software AppFolio a plus)
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule
