Tetra Tech, an industry leader in engineering and consulting, is seeking candidates for a full-time Water Quality Program Lead position at NASA Stennis Space Center. This role will require daily interaction with NASA personnel and oversight of water quality compliance activities. Ā

Your Role:
ā¢ Ā Ā Serve as the lead for the Water Quality Program, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to stormwater and wastewater management.
ā¢ Ā Ā Coordinate all stormwater and wastewater activities.
ā¢ Ā Ā Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as mandated.
ā¢ Ā Ā Oversee sampling and analysis of water quality to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
ā¢ Ā Ā Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel regarding water quality issues.
ā¢ Ā Ā Conduct training and awareness programs related to water quality compliance for staff and stakeholders.
ā¢ Ā Ā Maintain accurate records of environmental compliance activities and ensure documentation is up to date.
Ā Qualifications:
ā¢ Ā Ā Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering, science, or related field is required.
ā¢ Ā Ā 8+ years of stormwater and wastewater compliance experience is required.
ā¢ Ā Ā Knowledge of Mississippi environmental regulations is required.
ā¢ Ā Ā Knowledge of NASA environmental guidelines, systems, and processes is preferred.
ā¢ Ā Ā Current HAZWOPER training is preferred for this position.
ā¢ Ā Ā Must possess a valid driverās license in good standing with the ability to drive to client sites.Ā
ā¢ Ā Ā Must be detail oriented to properly document all environmental compliance activities occurring across the contract. Ā
This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.
