Concrete Coatings Laborer

Full Time | Wichita, KS

Compensation: $18-25 Final compensation is dependent upon skill level and experience

Role Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals with experience in construction or transferable hands-on skills to join our Concrete Coatings team. This team supports the installation of high-performance coating systems for residential and commercial surfaces including garages, patios, driveways, and interior floors. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning concrete surfaces
• Help mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems
• Support the installation of base coats, flake systems, and topcoats
• Maintain a clean and organized job site before, during, and after projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Communicate effectively with team leads and customers when needed

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete coatings, construction, flooring, painting, or similar trades preferred
• OR transferable skills such as:
  • Carpentry, drywall, or framing
  • Painting or finishing work
  • Mechanical or equipment operation experience
  • General labor with tool experience
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license preferred
