DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

This position consists of loading and unloading dish-machine, cleaning/removing lables from baskets, moving dirty baskets from dock to dish-room, then moving clean baskets to drop locations. Responsibility also includes, cleaning and organizing dishes, glassware, trolleys, trays, and other airline equipment in a timely manner, maintains sanitation standards in accordance with Company policy and USDA/FDA/HACCP regulations. Assist in other duties as needed.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Flexibility -- able to react to changing priorities

• Must be able to push up to 50 lbs. on wheels

• Must be able to work in cold and/or hot environment
