Essential Job Functions: 





  • Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maximizing sales volume.  Must upsell food and beverage items      




  • Provide superior table service to guests in accordance with established standards 




  • Ensures customer requests are completed in a courteous manner based on our standards. 




  • Maintain clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and aesthetic standards 




  • Interacts verbally with all guests, creating a service oriented and upbeat atmosphere 




  • Complete all payment transactions according to standard 




  • Complete all side-work according to standard 




  • Clean and re-set tables according to standard 




  • Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired customers. 




  • Responsible for checking IDs of all guests when in question, and not serving guests with no valid ID. 




  • Complies with all established F&B standards 




  • Must be able to suspend service to intoxicated individuals in accordance with Delaware law 




  • Execute other duties as assigned by management
