Role

The Room Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the in-villa dining operation at Amanvari, ensuring the timely, discreet, and flawless delivery of food, beverages, and amenities across the resort’s villas and residences.

Given the property’s layout of independent accommodations, this role requires exceptional logistical coordination, attention to detail, and organizational precision to maintain the seamless and tranquil guest experience that defines Aman.

The Room Service Supervisor leads morning service operations, coordinates amenity deliveries, and ensures that every order is executed to perfection, from preparation through to presentation. Acting as a calm and structured leader, the Supervisor guides a team of Amansanti staff to operate with efficiency, empathy, and discipline, consistently reflecting the Seva philosophy of service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all in-villa dining operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of orders to villas and residences.
  • Coordinate logistics, delivery routes, and communication between kitchen, transportation, and service teams to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Lead morning service operations, ensuring punctuality, precision, and consistency in the guest experience.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of guest amenities, ensuring presentation, timing, and execution meet Amanvari standards.
  • Maintain constant communication with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to ensure accurate and efficient coordination of all requests.
  • Monitor service quality and operational flow, ensuring compliance with Amanvari standards as well as LQA, TrustYou, and HACCP requirements.
  • Supervise mise en place, equipment readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance of in-villa dining areas and pantries.
  • Support inventory control of operating equipment, linen, and guest amenities.
  • Train and coach Amansanti team members in service etiquette, product knowledge, and delivery protocols.
  • Support special villa experiences, including romantic setups and private dining requests, when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in room service, in-villa dining, or service coordination within luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environments.
  • Strong organizational and logistical planning skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to flawless execution.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and service safety standards.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish; additional languages are considered an advantage.
