Job Description


Strategic Planning & Market Positioning

  • Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and client needs.

  • Develop strategies to enhance brand recognition, awareness, and loyalty.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to align departmental initiatives, support strategic planning, and ensure cohesive execution across all marketing functions.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and event-based initiatives.

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients as needed.

  • Oversee the social media team and their content strategy and execution.

  • Oversee mobile team development, scheduling, and growth initiatives.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

  • Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of in-house marketing staff to ensure consistent performance, brand alignment, and adherence to departmental processes.

  • Coordinate with team leads and representatives to ensure KPIs are being met across all roles.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance to optimize results.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

  • Prepare and deliver weekly performance updates and comprehensive monthly progress reports for in-house marketers.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration, Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

  • Follow all Marketing SOPs to ensure operational consistency and compliance.

  • Other duties as assigned.
