Job Summary



This position supervises front desk and central scheduling staff, providing training, coaching, and monitoring for new and existing front office staff and provides feedback.



The Supervisor is additionally responsible for greeting the customers we serve, scheduling and cancelling appointments utilizing the practice management system and making any additions or changes when necessary.  This person is also responsible for obtaining personal and financial information necessary to enroll patients at Southeast. This person also assists in answering phone calls when needed.
