Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivers chiropractic care, including spinal and joint adjustments for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues.
- Evaluates patients, diagnoses conditions, and creates individual care plans.
- Tracks patient progress and updates treatments as needed.
- Keeps accurate and timely patient records.
- Educates patients and families about treatment, wellness, and prevention.
- Uses supportive devices when necessary.
- Refers and collaborates with other healthcare providers.
- Attends interdisciplinary meetings to support patient outcomes.
- Provides education on chiropractic care to patients, staff, and the community.
- Maintains professional competence and follows all standards and regulations.
- Supports a positive, collaborative workplace.
- Handles additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Doctoral degree in Chiropractic from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one (1) year of chiropractic patient care experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Current licensure by the State of Wisconsin.
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
- FCP complies with all CDC vaccine and testing recommendations for healthcare professionals. Proof of immunizations is required and immunizations/testing provided upon hire.
- Preferred Qualifications:FQHC Or Native American clinic experience
