Cooperstown All Star Village specializes in youth baseball tournaments bringing teammates, coaches, and families together through our Big-League Experiences. We are committed to maintaining the values and experience gained from playing the game, while making sure there's a whole lot of fun along the way.

Position Summary:

The Parking Attendant is responsible for managing vehicle flow and parking operations during the summer season at Cooperstown All Star Village. This role ensures a safe, organized, and welcoming arrival and departure experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

� Direct vehicles to designated parking areas in an efficient and safe manner.

� Monitor parking lots to ensure proper use of spaces and maintain traffic flow.

� Provide friendly assistance and directions to guests upon arrival and departure.

� Assist with parking logistics and high-traffic periods.

� Communicate clearly and professionally using a two-way radio.

� Report safety concerns, accidents, or maintenance needs within parking areas.

� Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking lots and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Required:

� High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

� Excellent communication and customer service skills.

� Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

� Ability to remain professional and courteous in high-traffic situations.

� Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred:

� Previous experience in parking operations, traffic control, or customer service.

� Experience working in event or hospitality environments.

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:

� Primarily outdoor position; may be exposed to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

� Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

� Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
