In this role, you will work closely with other members of the catering team to provide the highest quality of catering services for our clients at family celebrations, conferences, major sporting events, private events, corporate events, and large gatherings.

Duties and Responsibilities may include




  • Process orders for catering events

  • Load and unload catering vehicles with food, supplies, and equipment for events in all weather conditions

  • Demonstrate outstanding guest service in all interactions with clients and event guests

  • Prepare and serve food and drinks

  • Complete all assigned cleaning and side work



Requirements and Qualifications:




  • Previous work experience in catering, banquet service, or restaurant operations.

  • Ability to lift equipment and food supplies repeatedly during a shift

  • Superb interpersonal communication skills

  • Professional appearance at all functions

  • Must have authorization to work in the US

  • Basic computer usage skills

  • Food handler & TABC certification

  • Menu knowledge- Ability to describe menu options-ingredients/allergy concerns

  • Cash/credit card handling for concession events

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol

  • Drivers must be 21 years of age or older, have current active driers license, auto insurance, and pass regular DMV checks.
